About AFI
AFI are leaders, not followers. A collective in a perpetual state of creative evolution as fluid as the evocative figures contorting on the cover of Bodies, their newest collection of songs. The record is a snapshot of unrelenting artists in motion, unconcerned with compromise or outside demands. The band initially summoned a steady subcultural groundswell in the mid-90s, devoid of careerist ambitions. The band first made music as teenaged misfits in an obscure Northern California town, steadily assembling a dense catalog over the years marked by its diversity and authenticity. The platinum success of Sing the Sorrow blazed a path for a generation of hardcore-punk weaned bands to similarly crossover. 2006's Decemberunderground upended expectations again and earned AFI a second platinum plaque. Crash Love was another adventurous turn, with expansive and almost optimistic-sounding melodies, glistening with emotion. The haunting Burials arrived four years later, debuting in the Top 10 of the Billboard 200. The self-titled follow-up, commonly referred to as "the Blood Album," became AFI's second-highest charting album since their inception, debuting at No. 5 in 2017.

I've seen AFI about 12 times over the last 20 years. They never disappoint. They get right to the point and sing sing sing. The playlist was a great combo of all our favorites and the great ones off of Bodies. A Fire Inside my little black heart will burn forever for you guys 🖤🫶 One of my favorite bands always 😘

AFI was amazing! Loved their performance and their enthusiasm to share their love through their performance. Davey is as energetic, talented, and expressive as he was earlier in his career. I hope he and the band continue to stay well, strong and able to give their fans much love through great shows and great music. Love you AFI! ❤️ Rubi Pedrego

This show was epic. Iconic. Life changing. Once in a lifetime experience. Best album of all time. AFI never disappoints. The crowd in GA don’t know how to manage being on the floor though. Too much pushing and aggressive men towards women. Not cool. We’re supposed to be a community. Anyways the performance was incredible. Thank you AFI

AFI have been my favorite band for well over a decade now and they literally are better and better every time I see them live. Davey’s interaction with the crowd, especially at this show was incredible. I wish they had been the headliners because a 45min set is not nearly enough but as always they were phenomenal!

Some lady got physical with me. The beer vendor was really disruptive during a performance so oh well I moved on only to be next to fans of the headliner who wouldn’t shut up. If you’re going to see AFI; do it when they are headlining their own show or supporting a headlining band with better fans.

AFI is, without a doubt, one of my favorite bands to see in concert. From the energy they exude to the performance they always put on, and of course, Davey's dramaticisms and mannerisms are always a wonder to behold. Any fan of AFI, new or old, should definitely find a venue to experience them at!

Venue was cool as hell, a little smaller than I expected but great. Staff was super chill— polite while making sure things ran smoothly— and really helpful. Drinks were expensive, but that’s how it goes. Opener was a bit weird, but not a bad sound. AFI was phenomenal as always! 10/10 would see again

The show was awesome! Great sound at Red Hat! AFI put on an amazing show, as always. Rise Against and Anti-Flag were also remarkable. I would recommend anyone going to catch these three bands. Whether you want to check out someone new or are a returning fan, go see them.

You know what, all of the bands were good but the Pumpkins were BA...AFI crushed it and The Flying Birds were good but a couple songs dragged in the middle. Overall it was a great concert and I would be glad to see The Pumpkins again.
