Anita Lipnicka (born 13 June 1975 in Piotrków Trybunalski, Poland) is a Polish singer-songwriter. She first became famous as the lead vocalist of the band Varius Manx between 1993 and 1996, recording two successful albums before launching a solo career. Since then, she has released several acclaimed solo albums and collaborated with British musician John Porter on three albums. Throughout her career, Lipnicka has won two Fryderyk Awards, received numerous nominations, earned multiple platinum and gold records, and remains one of Poland’s most respected contemporary artists. Her latest studio album, Śnienie, was released in 2023.
