ART-SCHOOL Formed in 2000 around Riki Kinoshita, ART-SCHOOL welcomed Takashi Todaka in 2004. After overcoming several lineup changes and periods of hiatus, the band arrived at its current formation in 2012 with the addition of support members Kentaro Nakao (Bass / NUMBER GIRL) and Isamu Fujita (Drums / MO'SOME TONEBENDER). Since 2022, yagihiromi (Guitar / Cruyff) has participated as a live support member. In 2025, the band celebrates its 25th anniversary and releases its first-ever tribute album, ART-SCHOOL 25th Anniversary Tribute Album 'Dreams Never End'. ART-SCHOOL has earned enduring acclaim for its singular world of music, defined by powerful and solid band ensembles driven by roaring guitars, alongside the sweet and delicate melodies and literary lyrics crafted by Kinoshita. They remain an indispensable alternative rock band in the history of Japan’s rock scene.
