Avión comenzó su carrera musical en el invierno de 2011 en la cuidad de Yakima, Washington. Alex A. Ortiz y Jesse Aguirre comenzaron la banda después de haber compartido ideas musicales en otros proyectos. Su pasión por la música y gusto compartido por la música pop, los unió para crear Avión. Después de unos ensayos invitaron a Raúl Vera a tocar batería. Gastón Pérez entro poco después, para darle el sonido de guitarra eléctrica que necesitaba la banda. Gastón junto con Raúl tocaron tambien juntos en una banda de rock y alternativo antes de unirse a Avión. Hoy Avión ha creado un estilo Latino pop único y original el cual resalta en su primer álbum titulado "Avión". Los temas de Ven, Bajo la Luna, Quiero Perderme Contigo, La Morena y Yo Comencé la Broma han tenido buena aceptación por el público. El estilo musical de Avión viene de la fusión de pop, rock, ritmos Latinos, regué y balada pop. Avión anhela dar a conocer su música por medio de la radio, festivales de música, redes sociales y por medio de nuestros fans, quienes ocupan un lugar muy especial en nuestro corazón.
