Bárbara Martínez is a professional vocalist and dancer who was raised and based in New York City. She leads a variety of musical projects: A traditional flamenco program launched in a sold-out evening at Carnegie Weill Hall in 2010; A contemporary flamenco/latin jazz project called ALBA MUSIK that tours internationally and has made first round GRAMMY voting for the last 3 years; A billingual indie/art pop singing songwriter project called “Barbarella” that features her explorations in composition with Berklee College of Music. Bárbara is based in New York City and can be seen performing regularly and touring with flamenco dance companies.
