Americana Music incorporates elements of various American roots music styles, including country, roots-rock, folk, bluegrass, R&B and blues. Chicago Native Brian Grilli is that personified and has been bringing those elements in his music to audiences around the USA and Europe since 2013. His songs are genre busting ranging from classic rock to Americana vibes, with all of them provoking emotions and situations all of us have felt at one time or another. He has written songs for Sons of Anarchy, Award Winning Independent Documentary Until It Hurts. His debut album Damn Good Day produced a #1 with the title track on New Music Weekly & Indieworld. His sophomore effort Deep South Symphony gained substantial radio airplay and media attention as it hit 9 Billboard Charts such as Top Americana/Folk Album, Heatseekers, Emerging Artist and Top Current Albums. The album produced two singles “My Hometown and “California” both making it to the top ten on New Music Weekly and Americana Radio charts. His album Progression is a compilation album showing the growth and maturity in his songwriting as well as his musical diversity spanning different genres. Brian’s third studio album Great Big Sky, produced by Levi Lowery at Nebari Studios in Athens, Georgia and featuring guest spots by Blackberry Smoke’s Charlie Starr and Paul Jackson, Steepwater Band’s Jeff Massey. The album features the singles “Can You Feel It” and “Little Things” which video amassed over 1 million views on YouTube. His newest EP Love Songs? is available on all streaming platforms and features Dan Baird (Georgia Satellites/Homemade Sin) on “Wedding Song”. Brian has performed at many venues, festivals and clubs including Sturgis Bike Rally, Country USA, Musikmesse, NAMM. Brian has also opened for Blackberry Smoke, David Allen Coe, Steel Woods and Brantley Gilbert, as well as rockers Cheap Trick, Styx and .38 Special. His captivating, high-energy performances transport audiences back to a time when you’d tune to your favorite radio station and cruise down the highway.
