About Corona
There are at least 6 artists sharing this name: 1) CORONA was an Italian Dance music project, featuring at various times vocalists Jenny Bersola and Sandra Chambers. The vocals were then "presented" (lip-synced) by model Olga Souza. The project peaked in the mid 1990's, and are most famous for their hit "Rhythm Of The Night" from 1993 which stayed at number one in the Italian charts for 13 consecutive weeks before attaining similarly impressive chart positions across Europe and in the US. The man behind Corona was the Italian producer Francesco Bontempi a.k.a. Lee Marrow The group followed this up with a string of hit singles including "Baby Baby", "Try Me Out" and "I Don't Wanna Be A Star" from the 1995 album "The Rhythm of The Night". After a short hiatus, the group returned again in 1998 with their second album "Walking On Music" which sank without trace. In 2000, the group changed their name to Corona X and released a 3rd album, which didn't fair any better. After another hiatus, Corona returned in 2005 with their original name and the song "Back In Time". The track has received some minimal airplay around Europe throughout 2006 but they have struggled to regain their mid-90s success. 2) CORONA, a rockband from Lexby in sweden. They are famous for their funny lyrics and sarcazm. 3) Another group called Corona are South African "Psytrance masterminds" whose first album "Photosphere" was released in Dec 2005. 4) An old Austrian Rock Band 5) A rock/hip-hop band from Japan 6) A rock band from Germany. http://www.corona-the-band.com/ Italy 1993
