Aficionado al surf, Carlos Baute a los 13 años de edad se convierte en uno de los miembros del grupo juvenil de música "Los Chamos". Inició estudios de mercadotecnia en el ISUM, pero los dejó para dedicarse a su pasión: la música. Carlos Baute ha tenido éxito en Venezuela y España, país donde reside desde el 2005.
