DJ Chose made his mark as a recording artist with “THICK,” his Billboard Hot 100 hit featuring BeatKing, followed by a remix with Megan Thee Stallion. Born Norman Payne and raised in Brookshire, Texas, the rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer brings a distinct Southern perspective to records that range from club anthems to honest reflections on love and heartbreak. Now, DJ Chose is bringing the feeling of classic R&B into 2026. His new sound bridges nostalgic melodies and soulful textures with modern drums, candid storytelling, and his signature Houston delivery. Drawing on the warmth and emotion of the ’80s and ’90s, he makes music that feels familiar while speaking to how people love, move, and connect today. Beyond his own records, DJ Chose has built a 20× platinum career as a songwriter and producer, with credits that include Kevin Gates, Fredo Bang, NBA YoungBoy, PnB Rock, Megan Thee Stallion, and KenTheMan. That experience shapes every part of his artistry as he continues to expand his sound and build his next chapter. For booking: Call or text 832-630-2004 or email djchosebooking@gmail.com.
