Dandelion is een heuse ontdekking. 2014 was het jaar waarin Dandelion zich mede door De Wereld Draait Door aan Nederland voorstelde en 2015 stond in het teken van hard werken en veel spelen. Hun following groeit, hun debuut-EP ontvangt uitsluitend mooie reacties en de band speelt steeds vaker door heel Nederland hun dampende shows. Door samenzang geïnspireerd door Crosby, Stills & Nash en Fleet Foxes te combineren met de feel die The Band en Stephen Stills’ Manassas in de jaren 70 ontwikkelden, creëren Paul (gitaar en toetsen), Joey (basgitaar), Koen (elektrische gitaar) en Wouter (drums) een sound die het publiek meetrekt in een Amerikaanse wervelwind. Dandelion neemt momenteel haar eerst album op waarmee ze de Country Funk in Nederland op de kaart gaat zetten. Dandelion plays country funk with harmonies inspired by Crosby, Stills & Nash and Fleet Foxes and lyrics in the tradition of Paul Simon and Iron & Wine.
