Nascida e criada em Queimados (RJ) com algumas passagens breves por Carangola (MG), Ebony aos 17 anos colocou guias brutas que fez sozinha no SoundCloud, mas só lançou sua primeira música oficialmente aos 18 anos. Nesse mesmo ano recebeu o Prêmio Genius Brasil de Artista Revelação e vem sendo um dos maiores nomes femininos do cenário urbano desde então. Desde criança demonstrou interesse por arte, consumidora de gêneros diversos como indie, funk, rock, pop e a cultura e a musicalidade hip-hop, ela considera sua música um “pop-rap” com entrada em todos os outros gêneros musicais.
