First time at HOB and really enjoyed the venue. Setlist could not have been better. They came out and ripped through their set with very little chatting. I’ve enjoyed Brian’s stories and talking at past shows but there was no slowing them down on this night.
House of Blues Anaheim Anaheim, CAFinally got to see Gaslight live after so many years. Did not disappoint! Falcon is quite the jokester and loved the stories and jokes between songs. Really felt like they came to give it all to the crowd, not just show up and play songs.
Revolution Live at the Backyard Fort Lauderdale, FLThe show was a little rough, but it was also the first show of the tour, and it’s been a little while. I deeply enjoy Brian Fallon’s meandering and the music was perfect. I *really* love their abstinence from the whole “encore” charade.
Roseland Theater Portland, ORGreat sound, great set. First time at The Mission Ballroom, cool venue. The set list was amazing! Heard so many songs, that I have never heard live before. They played Michigan 1975 which I never expected. Loved it so much.
Mission Ballroom Denver, COTGA was way better than Counting Crows. This band still has it and is interactive with all crowds. Maybe next time they won’t short themselves and tour with a band that is as good as they are.
