Knox is a Nashville-based singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist whose high-energy blend of 2000s pop-punk and alt-pop has made him one of the most compelling breakout acts of the decade. Originally from Dayton, Ohio, his journey began as a self-taught musician and eventually led him to Nashville, where he transitioned from a behind-the-scenes songwriter into a global artist. After years of penning tracks for other artists and signing a publishing deal in 2022, Knox launched his solo career and immediately struck gold. His viral smash “Sneakers” has surpassed 47 million streams on Spotify alone, while his follow-up anthem “Not The 1975” debuted on Pop Airplay and Adult Pop Airplay in late January 2024, reaching new highs of No. 26 and No. 15, respectively, on the March 16-dated charts, and has amassed over 63 million streams to date. Overall, Knox has earned more than 245 million total streams across platforms and maintains nearly 1 million monthly listeners on Spotify. Now signed to Atlantic Records, he has built a reputation for a high-octane live show, performing on major stages including Lollapalooza and Hangout Fest, and touring alongside industry heavyweights such as The Band CAMINO, Nightly, and Bilmuri. Over the past year, Knox headlined two national tours - most dates sold out - and toured Europe as a headliner for the first time.
