Kenny Loggins has been many things to many people over the past three decades -- “a moving target” as he’s put it. In his time, Loggins has been a guitar-slinger with a psychedelic rock band, a hot young songwriter with a publishing deal, half of a legendary country-rock duo, a massively successful and accomplished solo artist, a sonic pioneer in the smooth jazz genre, a reigning soundtrack superstar, a rocker, a seeker, as well as an enduring recording artist and live performer whose most recent works have spoken deeply to both young audiences and decidedly adult and worldly concerns. At the heart of it all, there remains a brilliant singer-songwriter and guitarist with a lifelong passion for exploring the endless power of the song to communicate. By any standard, Loggins’ commercial impact has been extraordinary; twelve of his albums have gone platinum and beyond. In a world of one hit wonders and fifteen minute sensations, Loggins has enjoyed hit songs in four straight decades -- a remarkable testament to his exceptional craftsmanship and stamina. Yet the true measure of this man cannot be weighed in platinum and gold. Through it all, Kenny Loggins has earned the faith of those who’ve followed him along the way. To this day, Loggins continues to write and record at the height of his powers as a singer and a songwriter. This is something that Loggins proves every time he takes the stage to sing his soulful songs straight from the heart. Among Loggins' recent musical ventures, Blue Sky Riders, saw him joining one of Nashville's most accomplished writers Gary Burr, and renowned singer-songwriter Georgia Middleman. All three sing lead amid the three-part harmonies that told each of them from the beginning that they had something special. The group released its debut album, Finally Home, on its own record label, 3Dream Records, in January 2013 and their second album, Why Not, was recorded in 2015. Though he’s got 12 platinum albums, a pair of Grammys, and hits on almost all the Billboard charts under his belt, Loggins is far from done. Having recently released his latest children’s project, the book Footloose (Moondance Press, an imprint of Quarto Publishing Group USA, October 17, 2016), inspired by his 1985 Oscar® nominated and Grammy® Award-winning “Song of the Year,” he’s still looking forward to what’s next. “I feel very lucky that this is the way I make my living, and not a lot of people can say that,” Loggins says. “I’ve been lucky that I love what I do and I get to keep doing it.”

As close to perfect as it gets. Kenny Loggins sounds like he did 30 years ago...flawless and magical voice. The crowd was all singing and dancing together and definitely showing their appreciation for the years of entertainment. The show opener was Yacht Rock Revue and it's literally the best 70s performance you could see. I can't even call them a cover band because their show, voices, and performance would easily be welcome in any large venue. If you can't see them live I suggest you watch their performance of 'Baker Street's the saxophonist left me memorized . A show of a lifetime
Dickies Arena Fort Worth, TXKenny Loggins concert at the Peace Center was fabulous. Kenny has a fantastic energy, loved hearing stories behind each song, his band was amazing and he has an incredible catalog of songs. It was a great concert from start to finish. The Peace Center venue could be one of my all time favorites, acoustics are amazing, it's a very comfy venue and very convenient to get in and out of before and after the show. It was a fabulous night of music, Thank you Kenny Loggins !!!
Peace Concert Hall - Peace Center Greenville, SCKenny Loggins is the consummate professional entertainer. He sounded fantastic vocally, covered most of his hits and had a tight supporting band. It was particularly interesting to hear stories between songs, in a Q&A led by “The Professor of Rock” Adam Reader. The format was similar to VH-1 Storytellers and one that I loved. I was a little disappointed he didn’t play Playin’ With The Boys and Meet Me Halfway. And the crowd tended to be on the older-to-much older side, so the energy was lacking at times. Otherwise, it was a fantastic show.
The Town Hall New York City, NYKenny was awesome! He performed great, he seemed to have a ton of energy and his band didn’t disappoint! He’s had an awesome career and I’m sad to see him retire but I get it! My wife and I were celebrating 34 years together and couldn't have asked for a better night out; unforgettable!! The venue was beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful. The dinner was good but a bit overpriced. But definitely a 5 of 5; Kenny rocked it; best wishes to him!!!
The Mountain Winery Saratoga, CASo much fun! I have always wanted to see Kenny Loggins in concert and I am so glad I caught his final tour. He sounded great, as did his other band members. The energy kept building until the encore, and he graced us with a very touching second encore. Our venue in Williamsburg is not very big, and I feel so fortunate that we were one of the stops on this tour. Thanks for 50 years of wonderful music, Kenny!
