About LULA
The quartet was formed in Stockholm by Jake Farrugia and David Hägelstam in 2017. After switching members a couple of times they grew tired of having to relearn their songs every time a new member turned up, so they decided to stick with the guys that happened to be there with them at the time. In late 2017 the band released their debut single ‘U Know I dont’, which was received with a warm welcome from people all around.
LULA have since then supported Richie Ramone on his tour in Sweden, been down in Germany playing club- and festivalgigs. In January 2019 the band released their first EP ‘POP TERROR’, an EP that according to themselves is a try to reintroduce distortion and passion and rejuvenate a genre that has gone dull.
