La réputation de l’artiste montréalais Loud n’est plus à faire alors que plusieurs experts de la scène hip hop le considèrent comme l’un des plus talentueux rappeurs d’ici. Sur le radar des fans de hip hop depuis plusieurs années, Loud a ensuite marqué l’histoire avec son groupe Loud Lary Ajust, avant de faire un saut en solo en 2017 en signant avec l’étiquette Joy Ride Records et en faisant paraître son premier EP «New Phone» en avril 2017. Ce dernier projet a permis au MC montréalais de laisser présager de très belles choses pour sa carrière solo, alors que plusieurs considèrent le mini-album comme le EP de l’été 2017 et que le titre 56K est devenu un véritable hit tant au Québec qu’en France. Loud passe maintenant à la prochaine étape de sa carrière de soliste en offrant un album tout aussi puissant, son premier opus «Une année record».
