Mercy Girl is sensory euphoria and contemplation. Formed in 2023 by members Daisy Miles, Davey Purdie, Craig Harkness and Kylie MacNaughton-Wright, the Glasgow based electronic outfit explore themes of love, despair and the uncertainty of the human experience. Taking inspiration from EBM, Darkwave and Electro-Pop, Mercy Girl invokes both the solace of a dark empty highway, and the surrender of a neon-hazed dancefloor. Self-produced and engineered, the band have crafted an authentic vision for the project.
