"Morning 40 Federation lets its freak flag fly fantastically on Ticonderoga...New Orleans 's irreverent musical tradition will outlive Katrina just fine." -- John Zeiss, Prefix Magazine "[The songs on] Ticonderoga are lean and low-slung.As crudely funny as it is musically tight. -- Jon Parales, New York Times "Ticonderoga is a party album with an edge." -- Evelyn McDonnell Miami Herald "These Ninth Ward convivalists have finally made a recording that captures some of their bacchanalian madness of their live performances..Calling this feel-good music wouldn't do the band justice. It's a wonder this stuff is even legal!" -- Leopold Froehlich, Playboy Magazine "It's like dirty church." -- Josh Cohen of Morning 40 Federation on the band's live shows.
