Mark Hummel is a Grammy nominated Blues Music Award winning American blues harmonica player, vocalist, songwriter, and long-time bandleader of The Blues Survivors. Since 1991, Hummel has produced the Blues Harmonica Blowout tour, of which he is also a featured performer. The shows have featured blues harmonica players such as James Cotton, Carey Bell, and Charlie Musselwhite. Although he is typically identified as performing West Coast blues, Hummel is also proficient in Delta blues, Chicago blues, swing and jazz styles.

Fantastic!! As always, got to chat with Mark a bit and some of the other artists, took my brother to a first time at Moe's and a Blowout.
Moe's Alley Santa Cruz, CAMan the band was amazing!! Mark can blow that harp!! Enjoyed every minute of it! The staff was very courteous. Great little venue. We'll definitely be back!!

At The Garages Music Venue Eatery and Taphouse Lake Oswego, ORMark and Tony seemed to be having fun, so was I. Had not been to Canyons BBQ before, the Pulled Pork sandwich was very tasty.
Canyons Barbeque Castro Valley, CAGood to hear some real blues and harmonica. Young guitar player he had with him was very good also. Enjoyed the show.
