Since January 2009, Madera has been developed into one of the best acoustic trios of the Netherlands. Madera excels in a fine stage presentation, pure harmony and their unique instrument control. Madera plays about 60 times a year at (Street) festivals, pubs and occasions where can be danced, listened or be admired for background music. Although Madera is a trio, but they sound like a six-member band. Guitarist Sietze Bouma plays the bass lines, chords, solo parts and is sings backing vocals at the same time. Percussionist Kristian Dijkstra sings lead and backing vocals and is with his Cajon the ‘drummer’of the band. Together they support the phenomenal singer Janna van der Veen. Acoustic Live Music
