Maria Daniela y su Sonido Lasser is an electropop mexican band, formed by Maria Daniela Azpiazu and Emilio Acevedo, the band started in 2001 as an Emilio's idea, just after Nuevos Ricos (New Rich) as many bands nowadays they became famous thanks to their profile in myspace In 2001, Emilio Acevedo, being in other electronic projects, such as Titán, he starts Sonido Lasser Drakar. Exploring the sounds of dance music, he asked one of his friends, Maria Daniela, to join the group, as just for fun.
