Christoph Bodenhammer wurde am 05.04.1979 im Osten des damals noch durch die Mauer getrennten Berlins geboren. Zwei Jahre vor der Wiedervereinigung wanderte sein Mutter mit ihm und seinem jüngeren Bruder aus und bezog eine Wohnung am Kottbusser Tor in Kreuzberg. Der Bezirk lag am Rande des eingemauerten „Amerikanischen Sektors“ und war geprägt von türkischen Gastarbeiterfamilien und der zugezogenen, alternativen Hausbesetzerszene. Unter dem Pseudonym „Mach One“ machte Bodenhammer sich schon in den frühen 90ern einen Namen in der Berliner Graffiti Szene. In den späten 90ern nutzte er seine inzwischen deutschlandweite Bekanntheit und startete eine Karriere als Produzent, Sound Engineer und Musiker, die ihm zwei Goldene Schallplatten und diverse Chartplatzierungen einbrachte. Inzwischen kennt man Christoph „Mach One“ Bodenhammer als legendären Graffitikünstler, Grafiker, Maler, Musiker und Tätowierer.
