About The Olson Bros Band
The Olson Bros Band burst onto the country music scene in 2013 winning a national songwriting contest the Texaco Country Showdown with their Pacific Northwest inspired song "Sunrise". The contest won them a trip to Nashville where they were introduced at the Grand Ole Opry. The band originated in Olympia, WA and is lead by singer/songwriters and brothers Luke and Isaac Olson. After nonstop gigging, putting out new music, and developing a strong following in the Northwest for the past 7 years, the band is coming off their hottest year yet in 2019 where they finished out the year with opening gigs for Dwight Yoakam at the Yakima Valley SunDome, Dylan Scott, Lonestar, and Phil Vassar. They also put out their 3rd studio album in 2019 called "Dancin' In Headlights" that had multiple tracks receive radio airplay including the title track and other songs on the record such as "If I Find You", the country rocker and fan favorite "60 Cent Pocket Man", and "Time To Let Go", which shows off the brothers harmonies and lyric writing. Their single "By and By" gained traction in Europe after line dancing videos popped up all over Youtube in Germany, France, South Korea, and Spain. "I Bleed Evergreen", (The title track off of their 4th studio album) is a song inspired by the brothers home state of Washington and shows their love for the beautiful area they grew up in while also landing them a spot on a TV/radio commercial for Subaru in 2021. They most recently put out two new songs in 2020 "Everybody Wants Her Single" and "Kill Your Mom" which the latter has currently received over 1,500,000 views on the music video as well as radio play in the PNW. While much of the bands touring plans in 2020 were postponed or canceled because of the pandemic, they had had a lot of time to write and record and were able to release a lot of new music! This resulted in The Bros winning another songwriting competition with their song "Kill Your Mom". This one was in 2021 for the "Unsigned Only Songwriting Contest" which had over 10,000 song submissions from all over the world! The Olson Bros have started touring again in 2021 and they look forward to seeing you out there again soon!
