Seattle's Polyrhythmics have spent 16 years building one of the most devoted followings in contemporary funk and soul — and they're just getting started. The seven-piece ensemble blends funk, Afrobeat, psychedelic rock, and R&B into a live experience unlike anything else on a festival stage. Their acclaimed 2025 album Life from Below introduced vocalist Adryon de León to their recorded catalog, and the two are now releasing music together ahead of a forthcoming collaborative album due in early 2027. The first single, "Got to Be for Something," is out now. Come for the grooves. Stay for everything else.
