"Memories from Saint-Forget" ( parution le 4 juin 2021 ) est le 5em album studio du suédois Peter von Poehl dont la carrière a débutée en 2006 avec " Going to Where the Tea Trees Are", un album inaugural au succès critique et commercial, emmené par l'imparable single "The Story of the Impossible" aujourd'hui devenu un classique. Viendront ensuite les albums "May Day" ( 2009 ), Big Issues Printed Small ( 2013 ) , Sympathetic Magic ( 2017 ). La publicité et le cinéma contribuent aussi à faire voyager sa musique que l'on peut entendre sur les films L'Arnacoeur, La Guerre est Déclarée, Main dans la Main, Hippocrate et bien d'autres. Guitariste, réalisateur ( Renan Luce, Marie Modiano, Vincent Delerm...) il investit également le domaine de la danse contemporaine en jouant lors des représentations et en composant "Waves", ballet chorégraphié par Héla Fattoumi et Eric Lamoureux.

Memories from Saint-Forget (2021) is Swedish recording artist Peter von Poehl’s 5th studio album, whose solo career began in 2006 with Going to Where the Tea Trees Are, an inaugural album with critical and commercial success led by the single The Story of the Impossible, which has since become a classic. Followed by albums May Day (2009), Big Issues Printed Small (2013) and Sympathetic Magic (2017), his music can equally be heard on numerous film scores such as Heart Breaker, Declaration of War, Main dans la Main, Hippocrates or Ravens, for which v Poehl was awarded Guldbaggen, the Swedish equivalent of an Oscar for Best Original Music in 2018. Together with Marie Modiano, his companion in life and on stage, v Poehl has collaborated on a dozen albums and numerous stage performances mixing literature and music, most recently Songs from The Other Side, premiered at Centre Pompidou in Paris in December 2019. V Poehl has produced albums for other artists (Vincent Delerm, Renan Luce…) and he has equally composed for theatre and contemporary dance, such Waves, an orchestral piece with choreography by Héla Fattoumi and Eric Lamoureux.
