ABOUT PROM // PROM is the dream-pop collaboration of Ella Zoller and Gabriel Stanley based out of Brooklyn, NY. They met in late 2012 and soon after joined forces with producer Dave "Champagne" Weingarten to record their debut EP Keeping Company in a series of hazy late night sessions, released in October 2014. Their debut LP Holding Pattern dropped August 2016 and is a more focused framework of their formerly airy, spacious sound. PROM describes their music as pop forward with a dark slant that focuses on lower frequencies, hypnotic harmonies, and sparkles draped over trap beats.
