I Rumatera rappresentano un'eccezione più unica che rara nel panorama musicale italiano. I ragazzi, tutti provenienti dalla provincia di Venezia, sono stati in grado di unire le tradizione della propria terra e l'uso del dialetto alla lezione punkrock della scuola californiana degli anni '90. Scriverlo oggi, dopo dieci anni di tour, concerti e dischi è senza dubbio meno speciale, ma nel 2007, quando la band ufficialmente nasce, i Rumatera sono qualcosa di non catalogabile, che sfugge dagli schemi e non solo musicalmente, ma soprattutto a livello di testi e immaginario. I Rumatera sono da sempre la voce dei Tosi de Campagna e rappresentano la rivincita di quel mondo fatta di tradizioni, di provincia e di ruspante genuinità contro il messaggio omologante dei talent e reality. Ad oggi dopo quasi dieci anni di vita, con più di 500 concerti alle spalle (tra cui Sziget Festival), sei dischi ed una serie televisiva da protagonisti (The Italian Dream), i Rumatera usciranno il 1 Aprile con il nuovo disco "#ricchissimi.
