2013年結成。メンバーは、石原慎也（Vo,Gt）、秋澤和貴（Ba）、せとゆいか（Dr,Cho）。 メンバーチェンジを経て2016年度 MASH A&RのオーディションでGP受賞。 2017年5月、初の全国流通作品である1stミニアルバム『カントリーロード』をリリース。 代表曲「シンデレラボーイ」「いつか」の MVは再生回数それぞれ1億回を突破、 さらに楽曲ストリーミング総回数は16億回を突破。 大規模アリーナツアーの成功や大型ロックフェスへの出演などライブ活動も勢力的におこなっており、2022年には、NHK紅白歌合戦に出演。 2024年12月18日、8thミニアルバム『ニューゲート』をリリース。 2026年1月4日〈「Saucy Dog DOME LIVE2026」〉を開催する。
