Stein Torleif Bjella er låtskriver og musikant frå Øvre-Ål. Debutalbumet ”Heidersmenn” kom ut i 2009 og høstet fantastiske kritikker. Sangen ”Kamerat mot kamerat” har hatt mykje radiospeling. Plata ble produsert av gitarist og låtskriver Kjartan Kristiansen frå DumDum Boys, og er innspelt i Amper Tone Studio i Oslo. På ”Heidersmenn” spelar Stein Torleif Bjella gitar og syng, Eirik Øien bass, Geir Sundstøl strengeinstrument, Per Zanussi sag, Mikael Lindqvist tangenter, Jo Asgeir Lie dragspel, Olav Luksengård Mjelva fele, Kjartan Kristiansen kor og gitar og Lars Håvard Haugen pedal steel.
