Slingshot Dakota is a two-piece indie-rock band from Brooklyn, NY/Easton, PA. Carly Comando sings and plays old sitcom theme songs. Tom Patterson plays drums loudly. They released a new full-length record in Autumn of 2007. Jeff Cunningham left the band in 2006, but played guitar and sang on their first album, Keener Sighs, and "Demo #1", he is now in a band named Bridge & Tunnel.
