Es un grupo originario de una pequeña población llamada “Pablo Escaleras” del municipio de Rincón de Romos en el Estado de Aguascalientes, Mexico. El grupo como tal nace en 1990. Sus integrantes son Ignacio Romo Dimas (vocalista) Rogelio Romo Dimas (Baterista y segunda voz) Gilberto Romo Dimas (Guitarrista) Juan Luis Romo Dimas (Bajista) Jorge Humberto Rodriguez Romo (Percusionista) y Juan Luis Romo Guerrero (Tecladista). Ignacio Romo su vocalista llegó con la producción del grupo que aquel entonces se hacia llamar “Los Cheyenne” a Discos Disa de Monterrey, Nuevo León en donde le propusieron que cambiara de nombre para la agrupación ya que existía un grupo el cual se hacía llamar así, de manera repentina e improvisada les dijo que le pusieran “Grupo Samuray” después de analizarlo la compañía aceptó la propuesta de Ignacio quedando como: Grupo Samuray, en ese año de 1990, posteriormente la prensa regiomontana les colocó el sobrenombre de “Los Guerreros del amor” por su estilo romántico. Su lista de éxitos y presentaciones masivas sigue en auge por todo Mexico, Estados Unidos, Guatemala, Argentina, Paraguay y Bolivia. Llevan en su carrera 20 discos grabados
