Combining the warm sounds of analog synths, catchy melodies, and the dreamy aesthetics of their Latinx peers, Indie Synth Pop quintet, Twin Seas was formed in an East Los Angeles bedroom studio by singer Eduardo Bueno, keyboardist Jose Cruz of Inner Wave, with bassist Fabian Marquez. After the release of their debut record in 2017, they have been steadily growing their fan base, performing an electric set of infectious grooves that don’t require a previous listen to draw you in. They had an exciting 2024, stringing a list of dates supporting Chicano Batman, RAMONA, Ozomatli, Ghostland Observatory, Sadgirl, and Los Shadows all across California and the Southwest Their 2023, third full length record, “TO GO” gives listeners a breath of fresh air with classier and more evolved sounds. Popular singles, "Mountains" and "Broke Ass" feature Luis Portillo of Inner Wave on drums, adding a new dimension to their already expanding songwriting. Their latest releases, “ROMA” and “LUNA” are upbeat experimentations dreamt up by impromptu jams. These bilingual songs fuses elements from Rock en Español, Dream Pop, and Latin Funk into an ethereal concoction. Listen for hints of The Smiths and Her’s. In 2024 they recruited drummer, Francisco “Paquito” Aranda, an award winning drummer from Mexico, and multi instrumentalist, Jacob Mandel into the band. You can expect to see more live synth jams, virtuosic drumming and fresh grooves in 2025
