UniS is a progressive math/rock trio from the shores of North Carolina originally founded in 2019 as the evolution of a cover band called Remedy. Known for a signature sound that defies easy categorization, UniS blends melodic vocals, drumline-inspired percussion, raw acoustic bass, lush keyboard textures, and intricate guitar work with elements of early 90s rock and grunge, as well as progressive-math-indie styles — together resulting in a unique sonic landscape that has earned them a diverse and growing global fanbase over a string of releases and electric live gigs to date. With plans to return to the studio in November and embark on a regional tour in March 2025, UniS continues to push boundaries and inspire audiences with their passionate, genre-defying sound.
