Born in Cape Town, South Africa and raised in Lüneburg, singer and producer WizTheMc has channelled every aspect of himself into his music, built to accentuate the rollercoaster of personal growth. The world has been listening across five projects, multiple singles and a smash hit in ‘Show Me Love’ - gaining over 250 million streams globally to date. Wiz traverses indie, and modern African-leaning sounds such as afrobeats and amapiano. The 26-year-old blends indie’s airy, exuberant rhythms and the bounce of modern African music to create eclectic, colourful soundscapes, giving his music a uniqueness that continues to travel. 2025 has seen Wiz enter popular music’s stratosphere with ‘Show Me Love.’ Featuring DJ and producer collective bees & honey, the track brims with minimalist African rhythms that conjure up the sensation of an early morning sunrise, with Wiz’s vocals serving as a beacon of light guiding the calming, watery sounds. Wiz took ‘Show Me Love’ one incredible step further when he enlisted one of the biggest names in pop music, Tyla, to feature on the remix, and at Coachella 2025, the two performed the track together for the first time during Tyla’s set. This year so far set Wiz up to take the world by storm and he’s taking advantage.
