Formed out of the swamps of Houma, Louisiana in 1991, Acid Bath released their first album When the Kite String Pops in 1994. Their second and final album Paegan Terrorism Tactics followed in 1996. The band broke up 1997 after the death of bassist Audie Pitre. It's impossible to categorize Acid Bath under one label, as they combined sludge, death, grind, stoner, blues rock, and even folk in their music.

I felt very lucky to score tixx to this sold out show. It was epic. So glad they’re doing shows again. If I ever get another chance to see them live, I’ll be there!
Power Plant Live! Baltimore, MDI got emotional listening to Dax dedicating Venus Blue to Audie. I wish that Acid Bath had more time to perform, as after them there was f****g virgin radio/ dj set. What a shame.
Ippodromo Snai La Maura Milano, ItalyNever thought I was gonna get to see them when they disbanded in 1998, was worth a 17 Hour Dr. to see one of my favorite bands in their hometown of New Orleans
Fillmore New Orleans New Orleans, LAI have been waiting 20 years for this experience! Acid Bath did not disappoint. They sounded so good, every element. Dax's voice was haunting and beautiful and perfect. Core memory unlocked.
Fillmore Auditorium Denver, COFor my second concert, it was AMAZING! Acid Bath's performance was absolutely exceptional, and their setlist was really well picked. Overall, my friend and I had a blast going. 🤘🤘
