About Benjamin Walker

La música de Benjamín Walker se nutre del folclor latinoamericano, el pop y el indie folk. Guitarrista, autor y compositor que comenzó su carrera a los 21 años grabando su primer disco llamado Felicidad (2014), álbum que le valió el Premio Pulsar 2015 al Artista Revelación. Con su siguiente disco, Brotes (2017), logra consolidarse como un referente de su generación recibiendo una nominación a los Latin GRAMMY 2018 en la categoría Best New Artist. Durante el 2021, ya establecido en Ciudad de México, lanza su tercer disco Libro Abierto (2021), con el que comienza a consolidar su internacionalización en mercados como México, Argentina, Colombia y España. Para 2024 publica su más reciente larga duración LIBRE (2024). Durante su carrera se ha presentado en los teatros más importantes de Chile, además de representarlo en la competencia del Festival de la Canción de Viña del Mar 2019, obteniendo el segundo lugar; festivales como Lollapalooza Chile, Cosquín Rock en Argentina, SXSW en EE.UU. además de ser invitado a compartir escenario con artistas como Jack Johnson, Jorge Drexler, Silvana Estrada y Pedro Aznar.
