Borderline es una banda de rap formada en Santiago de Chile en el año 2008. El grupo musical está compuesto por El Tipo (Sergio Montorfano, vocalista y compositor) y Dieguelz (Diego García, productor musical). El nombre «Borderline» es extraido del manual de Psiquiatría, trastorno de personalidad caracterizado por una intensidad emocional exacerbada y dificultades para autodefinirse. Su música está definida por este concepto; enmarcándose inicialmente en el rap para luego comenzar a buscar su propio estilo, nutriéndose de múltiples géneros musicales que Dieguelz filtra generando un sonido único, difícil de clasificar y en constante experimentación. El Tipo construye letras que buscan abarcar el amplio espectro emocional humano, convirtiendo cada disco en una exploración del ser y sentir humano. La discografía de la agrupación está compuesta por «Malas influencias» (2009), «Morir joven» (2011) «Cortocircuito» (2013) OrdenLibre (2016). El grupo ha participado en festivales nacionales masivos como «El Sur es Hardcore» y «God Level Fest», en emblemáticas salas como el Teatro Caupolicán, Teatro Cariola y Teatro la Cúpula del parque O’Higgins. Su carrera se internacionaliza, visitando por 3 años consecutivos México, presentándose de manera exitosa en ciudades como: México D.F, Puebla, Morelia y Guadalajara. Actualmente, se encuentran trabajando un disco en conjunto al reconocido artista nacional "Gran Rah" titulado Híbrido que será lanzado en 2022.
