About Buitres
La banda se forma en el año 1989, tras la disolución de Los Estómagos, a Gabriel Peluffo y Gustavo Parodi se suma José “Pepe” Rambao, quienes conforman el núcleo compositivo de la misma.
Tanto las principales bandas del medio como la prensa especializada, consideran a Buitres como el principal referente de la música rock en Uruguay, sus canciones han sido versionadas y han inspirado a muchos a lanzar sus propias carreras musicales.
Buitres es una banda de rock que brinda un directo muy potente, ya sea en lugares íntimos para 100 personas o en estadios para 25 mil.
Cuentan con 13 discos de estudio, 3 en vivo, 2 recopilaciones –una de ellas para el mercado español-, 2 DVD documentales, 3 de recitales y 3 libros.
