Diese Band ist der eindeutige Beweis dafür, dass Rockmusik bis ins 19. Jahrhundert zurückreicht! Sechs edle, aber geheimnisvoll blasse Gentlemen mit Zylinder und Frack: Das sind die Herren von Coppelius! Sie haben keine Gitarre auf der Bühne, keine üblichen Rock-Instrumente: Mit Klarinette, Cello, Kontrabass und der Kunst, diese Kammermusikinstrumente zu inszenieren, entsteht ein einmaliges Soundensemble, dass mit jeder Rock- und Metalband einwandfrei mithalten kann. Mit eingängigen Melodien, spannenden Rhythmen und moshbaren Highlights kreieren sie eine neue Art von Rockshow. Sie reisen und spielen (selbstverständlich mit ihrem Butler!) über Genre- und Landesgrenzen hinweg und liefern außerdem eine einmalige Theaterinszenierung. Aus der ursprünglichen Zeit herausgefallen, wie die Herren versichern, mussten sie sich der Moderne anpassen - und jetzt, in unserer Gegenwart und in ihrer Zukunft festgehalten, führen sie ihre ganz eigene Kammermusik - "Kammercore" – auf, wo immer man sie lässt. So bizarr wie außergewöhnlich ist auch ihre Bühnenshow, die mit ihrer grandiosen Performance Coppelius zum absoluten Highlight für Metalheads, Steampunker, Gothics und Klassikbegeisterte macht. Ihre Songs entlehnen meist Themen aus der sogenannten "dunklen Romantik", sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch: Wahnsinn, Drogenerlebnisse und den teils beängstigenden Einfluss moderner Technik. Aber auch Coverversionen von Songs, die von Iron Maiden und S.O.A.D. bekannt sind, schmücken im ganz eigenen Stil das Repertoire. Der gute Ton hält wieder Einzug, denn: Coppelius hilft!
