Since the release of his 2004 critically acclaimed CD When I Fall In Love, Chris Botti has become the largest-selling American instrumental artist. His success has crossed over to audiences usually reserved for pop muisc and his ongoing association with PBS has led to four #1 jazz albums, as well as multiple Gold, Platinum and Grammy Awards. Most recently, his latest album Impressions won the Grammy for Best Pop Instrumental Album at the 2013 55th Grammy Awards. Performing worldwide and selling more than four million albums, he has found a form of creative expression that begins in jazz and expands beyond the limits of any single genre. Over the past three decades, Botti has recorded and performed with the best in music, including Sting, Barbra Streisand, Tony Bennett, Lady Gaga, Josh Groban, Yo-Yo Ma, Michael Bublé, Paul Simon, Joni Mitchell, John Mayer, Andrea Bocelli, Joshua Bell, Aerosmith's Steven Tyler and even Frank Sinatra. Hitting the road for as many as 300 days per year, the trumpeter has also performed with many of the finest symphonies and at some of the world's most prestigious venues from Carnegie Hall and the Hollywood Bowl to the Sydney Opera House and the Real Teatro di San Carlo in Italy. Impressions, Botti's 2012 Columbia Records and Grammy winning release, is the latest in a stellar parade of albums – including When I Fall In Love (2004), To Love Again: The Duets (2005), Italia (2007), and the CD/DVD Chris Botti in Boston (2009) – that has firmly established him as a clarion voice in the American contemporary music scene. Playing with his uniquely expressive sound and soaring musical imagination, Botti is joined on the disc by featured artists Andrea Bocelli, Vince Gill, Herbie Hancock, Mark Knopfler, and David Foster in a warm, intimate celebration of melodic balladry. With Impressions and the albums that preceded it, Chris Botti has thoroughly established himself as one of the important, innovative figures of the contemporary music world.

Top notch as always. Seen them 5 times. Unfortunately, John Splithoff had another gig on the same night, so we missed him 😞. Always a great show and Chris always does a great job of letting other people shine. But you were reminded several times that Chris’ skills are hard to match and he is an absolute top tier artist, composer, producer and all around talent finder. Thanks again Mr. Botti for an awesome night at a gorgeous venue!
McCallum Theatre Palm Desert, CAIt was a great concert. The band seemed to be having a really great time playing together. All of the special guests were superb. I always try to see Chris Botti when he comes to Atlanta. Even though I had just seen him in November with the Atlanta Symphony, I made the drive to Augusta to see him again with just the band. I loved it and was so happy to see him come back down in the audience and play "My Funny Valentine!"
Miller Theater Augusta, GAOne of the best shows we have ever seen, and we’ve seen shows in the New York theaters, Music Hall , Jones Hall etc in Houston. The artists were phenomenal, so extraordinarily talented! We have always loved Chris Botti but the saxophonist, violinist, and vocals were so incredible and the best additions to the show. The venue was perfect for an intimate setting. We felt like we were really a part of the show. It was incredible!!
The Grand 1894 Opera House Galveston, TXChris always puts on a great show! Not only is he a great musician; he likes to share the stage with other great talents! He is also a very nice person who I’ve met several times. Last nite Myself and my girls talked with Lee Pearson, his drummer, and kinda hung out with Reggie, bass player, and Leo, guitar. Everyone Chris selects for his band is top notch! Okay
Music Hall Center for the Performing Arts Detroit, MIThis is my 3rd Chris Botti concert and I have to say that I am addicted. He is am amazing trumpet player and I love the variety of the entertainment. While he has some of the same band members, he always brings out different talent on instruments or vocally. I so much want to check out his residency at Blue Note in NYC. The Factory is an excellent venue. Really enjoy the space.
