DIXSON, whose full name is Darius Scott Dixson, is an Atlanta-born, Los Angeles-based artist and producer/songwriter. He released his first EP as a Roc Nation signee in early 2021, and is finalizing two new projects to release as an artist in 2022. DIXSON recently became an Oscar nominee for Best Original Song, for his work with Beyonce on “Be Alive,” the lead single for the 2021 movie King Richard starring Will Smith. DIXSON’s resume prior to the nomination included collaborations with Pharrell, Chance The Rapper, Vic Mensa, Justin Bieber, YEBBA, and more.
