The Diplomats — known worldwide as Dipset — are a Harlem, New York rap collective founded by Cam'ron and Jim Jones, with a core lineup that includes Juelz Santana, JR Writer, Hell Rell, and Duke Da God. Emerging out of Harlem in the early 2000s, Dipset built one of hip-hop's most influential movements — defined by hardcore lyricism, anthemic soul-sampled production, and a swagger that reshaped New York street rap. What started under Roc-A-Fella became its own empire with Diplomat Records, turning a crew into a culture. Two decades in, the movement hasn't slowed.
