Erika de Bonis, known as Erika, is an artist who dominated the dance charts in 2001. At just 16, she debuted with “Relations,” a true hit that quickly captivated the public thanks to its polished sound and infectious melody. The success of “Relations,” which reached No. 1 on Italian radio in early 2001, created high expectations for its follow-up, “Save My Heart,” further establishing her presence in the pop-dance scene. In February 2002, Erika released “Ditto,” premiered on the TV show Sanremo Dance on Rai 1, becoming one of the most played songs of the year. In 2003, she released “I Don’t Know,” a major success in Italy and abroad, earning her an MTV Award and launching a world tour across clubs and TV events. She later released the energetic single “Right or Wrong,” showcasing her artistic versatility. Between 2004 and 2005, Erika won over Brazilian audiences with a series of live concerts, including the Planet Pop Festival, selling out every date. In 2015, she expanded her musical horizons with “I Think About You,” entering the Italian overall Top 50 airplay chart. Today, Erika is active in the studio working on new productions and touring both as a solo artist and in the live show with Magic Box and DJ Ross. Since July 2025, “I Don’t Know” has gone viral worldwide, achieving extraordinary numbers across all digital platforms.
