9. februar 2024 gav Frida ut sitt sjette album til strålende mottagelse blant anmeldere og publikum. «VI» er en viseplate, med Fridas særegne evne til å formidle tekst som lengre fortellinger, gjennom folketoner eller i stram pop-form. Tekstene er inspirert av moderne og gammel kjærlighet, av tekst som holder igjen og tekst som renner over, av Halldis Moren Vesaas, Robyn, Haim, Joni Mitchell, Cezinando, Anne Grete Preus, Valkyrien Allstars, Christine and the Queens, Masåva, Phoebe Bridgers og Laura Marling for å nevne noen. Våren 2024 fylte Frida Den Norske Opera og ballett hele to ganger, og mottok overveldende tilbakemeldinger for konsertene. I januar og februar 2025 tar Frida igjen med seg Andreas Vold Løwe på piano, Haldor Røyne på gitarer, og Jo Berger Myhre på bass gjennom vinter-Norge for gode konsertopplevelser. De starer i Kristiansund 9.januar, og er også tilbake i Oslo, på Sentrum Scene 7.Februar!
