About Gatas Parlament
Gatas Parlament er norges første norskspråklige rapgruppe på plate. Siden det har vi jobba og sloss jevnt og trutt. Vi har gitt ut masse album og mixtapes. Vi har spillt 1000-vis av konserter i alt fra slott til bøttekott, alt fra arenaer til grillfester, alt fra bursdagsfest til festival. Med andre ord, vi er et live-band. Vi elsker å spille konsert (og lever av det også).
Vi har gått gjennom mange skifter og forandringer gjennom åra. I dag består Gatas Parlament av Elling Fragatas og Jester. I tillegg har vi rekruttert Mads Faste Liang Nilsen AKA Projektorpøblene som VJ/visuals-geni på konsertene våre.
Det som ikke har forandra seg er vårt engasjement og tru på at verden kan bli bedre om vi sloss for det.
Vi sparker fortsatt oppover! Vi digger fortsatt Public Enemy!
Vi leverer energi, glede, harme, og politiske hakaslepp med glimt i øyet. Konsertene våre gjør deg støl i låra og sår i halsen dagen derpå, og sjøl fans som har fulgt oss siden 1993 veit ikke helt hva de har i vente. Projektorpøblene gir publikummet visuell glede og bakoversveis, og utnytter alle kriker og kroker av lokalet.
