Horses is a rock band made up of three guys of punk and indie rock backgrounds from Cape Breton, NS, though they currently reside in Toronto. Informed by spending their formative years in various discordant, DIY pursuits, the resulting music is stripped down and honest, reflecting a storytelling songwriting tradition that emphasizes the experiences of everyday people. These characters fall in love, think about death, and make choices that can be desperate and hopeful at the same time.
