I go see several shows a year and by far the very VERY BEST was on Mothers Day! Not to be completely biased but Jill Scott is a singer, poet, performer, comedian and just a real beautiful person. (And yes she’s my all time favorite) Her band, back up singers etc are all in sync and this show truly made my year. I paid for the front row and the only thing that could of made it better would have been if I was on the stage watching LOL.

All while I was making her arrangements for her memorial, I kept hearing Miss Jill Scott was going to be in town. My mother loved listening to Jill Scott when she was alive when I picked her up to run personal errands. Chicago is my hometown. When I lived in Chicago, for some reason, I missed Jill Scott whenever she performed at Northerly Island. Even though I was still grieving, I enjoyed seeing my Ultimate Woman Crush in concert.
Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas, NVThis was an AWESOME!!! show. Ms. Scott brought her A++ game. The mix of song and vocal story telling were perfect. She makes you feel each song as your own. It was a bummer not to be able to record, but it kept you in the moment and was worth it. If you have never seen her live, this is a perfect time to go. You will not be disappointed. Kings Theatre Brooklyn, NYHands down the best concert I’ve ever been to! I’ve seen Jill 4 times and each show gets better and better. I truly enjoyed the no phones experience, we really lived in the moment and had an amazing time. I will always see her any chance I get. Theater at MGM National Harbor Washington City, DCJill was absolutely mesmerizing and her voice had my husband spellbound ✨️😅. I saw her in concert over 10 years ago and her voice has not changed. She is one of few artists that can sing live and sound just like their studio albums or better. I wished she would elongate the songs like she used too. She would take a 3 minute sing and make a 7 min rendition 😍
