About Judd Hoos

Juliet Motel burst onto the scene in late 2024, a dynamic new force born from the merger of two powerhouse South Dakota acts: Denham and Judd Hoos. Both of these bands had already built impressive legacies prior to forming Juliet Motel, with accomplishments that include millions of streams, national television appearances, and hundreds of sold-out shows across the country. Judd Hoos, one of the most storied rock bands in the Midwest, made their mark as a fan favorite with a string of successful releases, and became widely known for their standout appearance on NBC’s American Song Contest in 2022. There, they performed their single "Bad Girl," co-written by Denham. With thousands of shows under their belt, Judd Hoos has performed and toured with national acts like Billy Idol, Elle King, Third Eye Blind, Puddle of Mudd and Buckcherry, just to name a few. They’ve also headlined the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally including shows on the main stage at the Buffalo Chip and Iron Horse. Recently, Judd Hoos reached #11 on the SMR Rock Charts, a feat they achieved alongside fellow South Dakota artist Blacklite District with the collaboration "Give Me Life." Denham has had a massive impact on both the Midwest and national music scenes, thanks to his unique blend of smooth melodies, rapid-fire rhymes, and captivating songwriting. His hit single "Overcast" has garnered more than 1.2 million streams on Spotify, a testament to his growing popularity. Denham has toured nationally with major names in hip hop, supporting some of the genre’s biggest stars. His versatile style, blending rap, pop, and rock elements, has earned him a loyal following and further solidified his place as one of the most innovative artists in the Midwest. In total, Denham and Judd Hoos have amassed nearly 3.5 million streams on Spotify, showcasing the immense success they’ve achieved before even forming Juliet Motel. Their powerful legacies paved the way for the band’s creation, bringing together some of the Midwest’s best musicians to create a sound that blurs the lines between genres. With a combined legacy of millions of streams, national recognition, and a devoted fanbase, Juliet Motel is the next chapter in the story of these two powerhouse acts. ________________________________________
