About Lorna Shore
For LORNA SHORE, the triumvirate of songs at the heart of “…And I Return to Nothingness” are nothing short of an exorcism – and a plunge into something darker. From orchestral passage that opens the EP’s title track, straight into a bombast of blackened intensities and rampaging grandeur, these New Jersey-born extremists are back with their new frontman Will Ramos, rising from the askes like a phoenix. Reborn and sworn to the dark. A coming fire that even the LORNA SHORE faithful will be stunned by. As the world locked down in 2020, LORNA SHORE plunged deeper into the creative instincts that initially made them a fixture in the extreme metal scene with landmark albums: 2015’s “Psalms” and 2017’s “Flesh Coffin”. Since then, they’ve twisted together influences and ideas ranging from the symphonic grimness of European black metal to death metal’s complex fatal sonic formulas and hardcore’s aural intensities. What LORNA SHORE arrived at was a new level of blackened technicality and the next step in their darkside journey. Embellished with artwork by noted Polish painter Mariusz Lewnadowski (Bell Witch, Fuming Mouth) “…And I Return to Nothingness” reaffirms LORNA SHORE’s creative focus and intensity. The EP’s three tracks: “To the Hellfire”, “Of the Abyss” and the title track are proof that LORNA SHORE isn’t just continuing their fiery legacy. They’re reigniting it and spectacularly setting their very legacy ablaze.

Absolutely disgusting and brutal and perfect. Kick triggers sounded amazing as well as Will’s various screams. Guitarists are somewhat insignificant but they do their jobs well. Will was very bad at crowd engagement, doing the “what’s up (city we are in) are you guys gonna fucking (movement term) tonight???” between every song, but it’s okay he’s young.

Very good!! Great show/performance of the band, the sound was awesome, the crowd participated a lot and overall a fun experience! Small problem was me being too short…but WILL IS THE GOAT🔥🔥 🔥Would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn’t know the band or hasn’t seen them live to go and check them out, they’re awesome artists!!!

LS was amazing as expected! The venue was the letdown. There appeared to be little organization. You would wait in a 30 minute line to only get told you have to go to another 30 minute line to get a different wristband, etc.. I’m not sure if they expected a crowd this big. WAY TO GO METALHEADS !🤘🏾

2nd time seeing Lorna Shore. They are main reason why I bought the ticket even though they were the opening band. I was disappointed they didn't play To The Hellfire. But for only playing 6 songs, they did really well winning over the crowd. Can't wait to see them again. Hopefully, they will be headlining.

Might have to make the Christmas show a yearly tradition bc that was one of the best times I’ve had in a long time! The whole lineup was incredible and LS put on a great show. Will tossing a bunch of little gifts out to the crowd was super fun too! 🥰🎅🏻

I got off work early for an “appointment” then drove 3 hours to Charlotte. I got scammed for fake tickets two weeks before for $300 then spent 300 on real ones. Then parked my car wherever tf I could leave it. Best fucking day of my life that’s for sure.

Amazing energy and powerful sound. Their job was to wake the crowd up and get them ready. They did that to perfection. The venue doesn't have a bad seat, but the floor is huge. If you're short, find a gap between fans or work your way up front.

Lorna Shore played as support for Parkway Drive. They had some sound issues in the first song which got erased immediately so that's not to judge. Unfortunately they only got 30 minutes on stage. They performed so well that they definitely could fill an hour.

All three bands blew me away. You thoroughly enjoy when the bands you go see live are so good that it feels like you are hearing the audio recording. 10/10 would see Lorna Shore, I Am, and The Acacia Strain again.
