Laufey has captivated a generation with virtuosic songs of love and self-discovery by manifesting her vision of jazz- and classical-infused pop music. After becoming the youngest ever recipient of the GRAMMY for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album (for Bewitched), the Icelandic-Chinese composer and singer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist feels freer than ever to, as she puts it, “let my heart wander.” For her third album, A Matter of Time, Laufey teams with fellow producers Spencer Stewart and Aaron Dessner to break the set of expectations she herself set, serving up a transcendent sound and honest writing that cuts to the heart. It’s the culmination of an incredible journey that began with her playing cello with the Iceland Symphony as a teen before writing her first charting single while studying at Berklee College of Music. Laufey’s many achievements have since grown to include 4.25 billion global streams, a social media audience of 23 million, the biggest jazz LP debut in Spotify history, an album in Billboard’s Top 20, a pile of Platinum plaques, a Forbes 30 Under 30 designation, and, in 2025, being named one of TIME’s Women of the Year. She’s also: sold out the Hollywood Bowl, Radio City Music Hall, and London’s Royal Albert Hall; performed backed by the LA Phil, the National Symphony Orchestra, and the China Philharmonic Orchestra; shared the stage with the likes of Jon Batiste and Raye; and collaborated on record with artists ranging from Beabadoobee to Norah Jones.

Best concert I've ever been to. Her vocals were so beautiful, and the dancers did an amazing job! The stage setup was truly original and impressive to see live, and the small live orchestra was great, adding a lovely touch to the performance. Laufey will forever be my favorite singer!! :3
Scotiabank Arena Toronto, ONMy daughter introduced me to Laufeys music and I was hooked. The two of us went to see her at SPAC and she did not disappoint. She is incredible live. Her talent shines through with every song. Probably the most ‘enjoyable’ concert I’ve been to in a very long time.
Saratoga Performing Arts Center Saratoga Springs, NYI had a wonderful time she seems to be so kind and generous and she sounds wonderful live! Fun times and we got to sing along as we danced. I would definitely love to see her again. Her song goddess was truly incredible and such an experience.
Gallivan Center Salt Lake City, UTAbsolutely incredible concert. Hearing Laufey's voice live has such an ethereal and soothing quality to it that has such a touching and lightweight effect on one's emotions. She gave not one but TWO encores and even sang two unreleased songs for the audience. Would 100% go again.
Chartway Arena Norfolk, VAI LOVED the concert so much but parking was a nightmare! We waited in the parking lot for over 45 minutes before we were even able to move. It took a long time to leave the venue, so we got home way later than we hoped.😓
